The Constitution was written specifically to limit the power of the Federal Government. The 10th Amendment was very specific about this:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people

Where are those illegals being dumped?

It seems like an interesting question posed by @ChuckCJohnson on twitter. So I decided I would figure it out.

Since Murrieta seems to be getting some news I figured we would start there, and in CA in general.

Having just enjoyed the celebration of our nations 238th birthday, I have come to a distinct and determined conclusion. The tree of liberty is starving. It is time to feed her, so she may blossom once again to greatness.

Obama's bad month spills into July

I'm sure that once SCOTUS ruled in his favor on Obamacare, Obama likely thought he was out of the woods for a continuing headache. Turns out he was wrong. In Florida, likely a very important swing state, Obama and Holder just suffered a serious setback.

A judge recently ruled that Florida was completely within its rights to purge voter rolls of people who should not be there, you know illegal immigrants, and convicted felons, and in some cases dogs. Obama, Holder and Napolitano didn't like that plan. They actually hated that plan and sued to stop it. Then they lost. Now they have given up.

Anna Gonzalez an ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT living in this country for 12 years decided that since she was already violating federal law by being here, and presumably working, would go ahead and up the ante. So she decided to get liquored up and kill someone while she was driving.

DREAM ACT by executive fiat.

Let's be honest, with this petulant ass as POTUS we knew that this was going to come to a head eventually. He couldn't get the DREAM Act passed through Congress, and Latino's were actually starting to get on him about his actual enforcement of immigration laws. No, he wasn't shutting down sanctuary cities, or enforcing employers to verify immigration status, or telling the DOJ to back off of AZ or AL. Nope just deporting the ones that are dumb enough to get caught by an immigration agency that has been basically told to look the other way no matter what.

CNN tries to make you feel bad for illegals

I think I vaguely remember this story from a few months ago. Of course back then I would have felt the exact same way that I do now. "Oh well sucks to be you."

Wearing US Flag T-shirt Offensive and Banned....... IN AMERICA!!

Apparently when I didn't keep up over the last week or so I missed something pretty important. At some point a school principal decided that a t-shirt with the American Flag was offensive, or could be offensive on Cinco-de-Mayo. So he banned US Flag shirts on that day. WTF?

And there is a judge out there dumb enough to agree with him.
