To be honest the question was are the illegals being dumped in red counties. Turns out for the most part they are going into districts that Obama won in 2012. Here is my theory. He figured those counties would have no problem accepting a decree from the messiah and allow them with no problems. Then he could start forcing them to other red districts in larger numbers and scream racism and xenophobia when those counties fought back.

With the amount of places in counties that Obama won rejecting him, you have to wonder if his plan is falling through.

There is also the chance that none of the placements were politically motivated, but does anyone believe that?
